Unprotect a textbox in a protected worksheet

Is there a way to add an unprotected textbox to a protected document? I have
a worksheet in which I wish to protect several cells. But, on the same
worksheet, I have several textboxes I have entered in unprotected cells that
I'd like to remain unprotected so that other users can enter text. But, when
I reprotect the document after adding the textboxes, the textboxes are
non-functional (i.e. they can not be clicked in to enter text). There is no
error message (that the textbox is read-only) like that seen when clicking in
a protected cell. The textboxes just can not be entered.

Oops. I figured out my own problem. Thanks anyway!
