Want to Create a List in Excel 2002; Don't see List in Data Menu?

I want to create a List range in a data-set. I am using Excel 2002. When I am
going to Data Menu; there is nothing like the LIST option. Please suggest!

Highlight your range, then go to "Insert", "Name" and select "Define".

Data>Create List was introduced with Excel 2003.
