Please let me know if this or some other newsgroup is the correct one for
this question.

Ordinarily I would use an online database for this, but a client is asking
that we post an Excel worksheet online so that their staff from various
locations can access and edit (not download) the worksheet online -- is
there a locking problem with simultaneous editing online? Is there a way to
accomplish this task using Excel?
