How do I enter a title in the top row of an Excel worksheet

I havent used Excel for some time and have forgotten how to put atitle in the
top row of a worksheet

Enter in the cells, say row 1, then File>Page Setup...>Sheet and set Rows to
repeat at top to $1:$1
