arrow heads in the drop down filters so that the arrowhead in a column with
an active filter is shown in some color other than blue?
Short answer: No.
Changing the Windows Display properties (right click on desktop and choose Properties>Appearance) can change the color of the buttons (and everything else), but the arrow in the dropdown button remains Blue when filtered.
