    date formulas

    hi,
    i don't know how to compute a date formula to display someone's age. it will
    not let me subtract like a calculator and reveal the age. how do you enter a
    formula to compute your age?

    Re: date formulas

    Use the DATEDIF function. E.g.,

    =DATEDIF(birthdate, TODAY(), "y")

    See www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.htm for more information about
    DATEDIF.
