    Pivot Table Sharing

I am working with a pivot table located in a seperate folder from my original
data. I want to share this file and have done so in the past, the shared
people can then read and refresh but not change the data. However, as of
yesterday these shared pivot tables can no longer be refreshed as long as
they are shared. Does any one have any thoughts, what I am doing different
or wrong. Is there a way to allow the tables to refresh the data (as they
once did) and still allow multiple users to access the reports at one time?

    Thank you

    Re: Pivot Table Sharing

You could save the file that contains the pivot table as a template, and
users would open a copy of the file by choosing File>New.
