    Hi

Use File/Import Export from Outlook and choose 'Excel file' as type.

Andy thanks, but what I need is: I have a word document with several
hundred email addresses all delimited by semicolon. How do I get them
into a spreadsheet where they are all listed in one column and I can
cnvert it to a csv to import into my bulk mail system. I copied these
from the To eamil address field of one email.
I tried your suggestion and there is no File,import/export function
when i look at the email withall of the addresses in it????
    Thanks
    Felix

It depends on how your email addresses are laid out. If you save your Word
doc as a csv, and open it in Excel you may be able to use either a formula
or Data/Text to Columns to get what you want. It might help if you post some
plain text examples of what you have.
