How to allow all users to make changes to unlocked cells on WrkSh

I want to distribute a Worksheet to a set of Users to Update some details.
How should I use the Protect Worksheet Feature to allow them to update only
limited information; Restirct them from adding new columns or deleting
columns or changing the format of sheet. I do ot know the names of these
Users, since these could be further sent by these users to others to get more
    details.

unhide the cells that you want data inputted into, then protect the sheet,
select the cells that data changes, goto format cells, protection, uncheck hide, then protect the sheet
