Im new to excel, and just starting to learn programming.
what i want to do is perform a calculation every four weeks.
so if i enter a total, =A31,500, every four weeks =A310 will be deducted.
any help would be appreciated on this one.

How about a reminder in Outlook? The effort of typing one number once a
month hardly warrants anything fancier.
