    strikethrough

I lost the strikethrough icon in the toolbar and it doesn't appear in
the add or remove buttons list so that I can restore it.

right click on the grey area of a toolbar
    select customize
    select the commands tab
    select format
scroll down until you find the strikethrough button
grab and place it into the toolbar

    Tools|Customize|commands tab|format category

Scroll down the list until you find StrikeThrough and drag it to your toolbar.

    Herb -

Microsoft no longer includes Excel's Report Manager, but you can still
download it. If you're interested, browse to www.microsoft.com and search
for "excel report manager" (without the quotes).
