For arguments sake, suppose your sheets are MasterSheet and TestSheet, with
the key value that uniquely identifies records in column A of each sheet,
starting in row 2. In the first blank column of the TestSheet (where we'll
check for additions), enter the formula =match(a2,MasterSheet!A:A,false).
The result will be either a number (indicating the matching row from the
MasterSheet) or #N/A indicating no match. Copy that formula down as many
rows as necessary. Then select the column and Data > Filter > Autofilter and
select #N/A. The rows shown are additions, not yet on the MasterSheet.
