Need Help with Pivot Tables

[TotallyConfused]

I am new to Pivot tables and would like to know if there is a way that you
can copy a Pivot Table data only unto a new workbook and eliminating the
dropdown boxes. Would like to keep the formatting etc. Thank you in advance
for any help on this.
