numbering add-in

I keep getting the message regarding numbering add in, where do I find it and
how do I install it, I cant find any information anywhere

The numbering add-in (TMPLTNUM.XLA) was last included with Excel 2000. It
was used by the spreadsheet templates that were included with that release,
not as an end-user tool. Accordingly you did not directly choose to install
it in the Setup program. I think it same along when you picked "Template
Utilities" under the Excel / Add-ins section of Setup.
