Replace -1 with a tick symbol

Hi

Any advice on the following would be appreciated:

Using Excel 2003, am importing a table from MSAccess to Excel, 2 of the
Access field are Yes/No with -1 as the affirmative. When imported to excel
would like to be able to replace the -1's with a tick
