Maybe something like this:
assuming
John Doe is in A2
Wall St is in B2
1234567 is in C2
and you have the numbers from 1 to 24 in row A6 then:
=IF(LEN($A2&" "&$B$2&" "&$C2)>=A6,MID($A2&" "&$B2&" "&$C2,A6,1),"")
copied across and down
or you if you don't have a numbered row then you can use the column function
instead
=IF(LEN($A2&" "&$B2&" "&$C2)>=COLUMN(A1),MID($A2&" "&$B2&"
"&$C2,COLUMN(A1),1),"")
