File Not Found menu pops up after I open a file

I can not figure out how to stop this menu from popping up when I open a
file. My file I want opens, then the File Not Found menu opens. and I have
just been clicking cancel and my File I want is still there. But this is very
annoying. Thank You
for any help you can give me.

Sounds like you've got links to another file that is not being found. Have
you checked for links?
