linking a column in one spreadsheet to another spreadsheet

Hi, I'm trying to link all cells in a column in one spreadsheet to an
identical column in a separate (but identical) spreadsheet. I can do it
for one cell (type = in destination file and click in corresponding cell
in source file), but I cannot make it fill down to capture the rest of the
cells in the column. Thanks, Nikki

Look at the cell reference in your link......if it's like $A$1, change it to
A1 and then it will copy down......
