HOW DO YOU PASTE FROM THE CLIP BOARD?

I WAN TO USE THE INFO THAT IS ALREADY ON THE CLIP BOARD. HOW DO I GET IT FROM
THE CLIP BOARD BACK ONTO MY EXCEL SHEET? IT HAS A PASTE OPTION, I JUST THINK

    In Excel 2003:

    Choose Edit > Office Clipboard
On the worksheet, select the cell where you want to paste
In the clipboard, click on the item you want to paste
