Wordwrapped cell content is lost when saved as html file

When I save a spreadsheet as an html file, cell that are set to "wordwrap"
display only the first line and there rest of the cell content is lost. Is
    there any work-around for this?

    Thanks,

    Keith

Select all cells (Ctrl/shift/A twice), then double-click the line between
any two rows (or use Format/Row/Autofit)

Your suggestion works in Excel, but when I open the file in a browser, I
still do have word wrapping and cell content after the first line is not
    displayed.

    Thanks,
