Write a Help file for an excel application that I've written

What software do I need to purchase to generate an Office type Help file for
an Excel application that I've written? Is it possible to integrate the
help file into the Excel application file?

My computer has Office XP - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

    Best regards,
    Fred Russell

    Hi Fred,

Microsoft offer a free help authoring tool:

    However, note Robin Hammond's comments:

    Hi Bob.

I have used Microsoft help tools. However, given my respect for Robin's
comments, it was only innate parsimony that prevented me from pursuing his
    suggestion.

I understand Norman, and I concur with your respect for Robin. I was just
giving my opinion on the MS product as I use them all the time. I used to
use RoboHelp, and to be honest, I did not see any advantage in that product,
the cost created a significant deterrent; your parsimony was amply justified
    :-)).

    Regards

    Bob

Fred, Not an office type help file but another option using a user form
