Could someone help me out becouse I need a statistic for controlin my
bloodpressure daily.

It depends on your age and *** as well as your genetic history( your father and mother's BP normally).

There is a formula to find out normal and abnormal Blood pressure.

Suppose, your age is 70 then (Formula:90+age in year),

90+70=160 mm of Hg. is normal for a person but if there is any sign /symtopm available, you should visit a doctor's chamber.

Personally , I have been using lower blood pressure supplements for 2 months now and my blood pressure is under my control.

To determine your blood pressure, you should keep your daily measurement twice a day and will follow this for a week. After that, you have to find out a mean /average and make sure regarding your blood pressure is it high or low!!
