Changing the color of header and footer text

I would like to be able to make the header/footer a color other than black on
a simple datasheet (Excel 2000). Is there a simple way to do this?

I don't think that there is even a difficult way of doing this.

Maybe you could use rows to repeat at top (for the headers) instead??
