    share workbook

I have a workbook that is shared and used by many staff.
Is there a way to restrict who can share and unshare this workbook.. we have
staff who take it upon themselves to unshare from time to time !

In Excel 2000, if you protect the workbook it cannot be unshared without
    unprotecting first.

    Hi

You can do this in XL2003 as well.
    Tools>Protection>Protect and Share Workbook

    Re: share workbook

Hi Roger , got it thanks.

This works however still allows users to remove other users which is
    potentially still very hazerous.

    Thanks
