I need a formula to find duplicate entries between 2 files.

With your lists in A2:A? B2:B?, in C2 enter and pull down as far as the list
goes. If the item in column A is in column B then it will be returned in
column C.

=IF(COUNTIF($B$2:$B$500,A2)=0,A2,"")
