How do i highlight the cursor in a different colour on excel?

I would like to have the cursor highlighted in a different colour which is
easier when searching and working the files.

Please let me know how can i highlight the cursor or rather change the
cursor to a different colour of my choice

From the Windows Start menu, choose Control Panel
    Appearance and themes>Mouse pointers,
In the Pointers tab, choose one you like
