I was wondering what steps would I need to take to create workout sheets for
my athletes. I have the program, exercises, and formulas I need to run the
program, but here is the problem. I don't want to individually insert their
name, max information - print the sheet, and repeat for the next athlete.
That information is already on another another list. Is it possible to run
some type of merge where the program automatically goes to the next person on
the list and their information?
