From the menu bar:
<File> <PageSetUp> <Page> tab,
At the bottom, in the "First Page Number" window,
Change the default "Auto",
To whatever number you want.

Not so loud please!
this is because, when you want to print a single page, you go and highlight
that particular page, which then becomes page 1. You should highlight the
entire document, and set that as your print range. Now preview, and see what
page number you want to print. Click on File | Print and nominate the page
you want to print
