PAGE NUMBERING IN EXCEL

HOW TO PUT PAGE NUMBERS IN EXCEL HEADER/FOOTER AREA. I CAN HAVE THEM IN
SEQUENCE, BUT IF I PRINT ONE SINGLE PAGE IT GIVES ME THE NUMBER 1 AND NOT HE
CORRECT NUMBER

From the menu bar:
<File> <PageSetUp> <Page> tab,
At the bottom, in the "First Page Number" window,
Change the default "Auto",
To whatever number you want.

Hi Rosa

Not so loud please!

this is because, when you want to print a single page, you go and highlight
that particular page, which then becomes page 1. You should highlight the
entire document, and set that as your print range. Now preview, and see what
page number you want to print. Click on File | Print and nominate the page
you want to print
