Rounding Formula

Is there a function that allows you to round a value up to the nearest multiple of 5? I tried the round up function, but I don't think that is going to work. I need to take the value of a cell (eg. 241 needs to rounded up to 245) and round up to the nearest multiple of 5. Any advise would be gretaly appreciated!

If you really mean round up, you can use

=CEILING(A1,5)
