For the love of God, Please help me

I am trying to import data FROM an excel file (worsheet) into another
database, but it keeps importing all the BLANK rows and columns - thousands
of them. How do I just import the data entry? PLEASE, PLEASE help me! :-/

    thanks.

    Whats the database?
Have you tried deleting all the rows and columns you do not need then saving?
Have you tried saving the Excel file as a csv format then trying?

What sort of database are you bringing it into? If it's Access, there is an
import wizard under Get External Data
