Tab key in Excel

We have one PC that in any spreadsheet, the tab key advances a full screen
instead of a cell, and Ctl-Home and Ctl-end do not go to the beginning and
end of a cell, just to the beginning or end of the row or column. Any ideas
on how this could happen, and how to get it set back to the way it should
be?

Found the answer. Sorry for the Post.
Go into the following setting; Tools, Options, Transition - Unclick the
transition navigation keys. The system is navigating like Lotus 1-2-3.

Tools>Options>Transition. Uncheck Transition Navigation Keys.
