how do I undo a save?

I had a document in Excel that I had previously saved, adjusted it and
accidently saved this updated version. How do I get my original document
back?

Restore it from your most recent backup.

Can you please tell me how to do that? I had the file saved this morning,
made one large change, saved the freshly changed item and REALLY need the old
document back.

Any help is really appreciated!!
