Compare Two Worksheets:highlight the differences

Is there a way to have Excel compare two worksheets and highlight the
differences (cell by cell) between the two worksheets?

I use a commercial Add-in from Jim Cone called XLCompanion for this. It
works super.............saved my bacon on several occasions.
