    Question windows help message board?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for some help with something in Windows 2000 (I want to see if there is a way to protect files from being dragged). I've found some message boards, but they don't seem to see much action, and I was hoping to figure this out today.

    I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a message board I may want to check out for help with Windows?
