How do i calculate fiscal week of the year

Hi,

I would like to know how to calculate fiscal week of the year. for
example, the first week of the year is started from Feb 1, 2005 instead
of Jan.

=INT((A1-DATE(2005,2,1))/7)+(WEEKDAY(A1)<7)
