how to convert word file into excel file

If any body know about how to convert MS Word file into MS Excel file please
let me know.
I am unable to do so.

Thaks for this. But one thing is that when I use copy paste function (copy
from word & paste in excel) its change the whole formating. My word document
in paragraphs and table form.
