In old Excel version 2002 you could use the CTRL+` to look at results instead
of a formula in the cell. That no longer works. How do you change it in Excel

With Excel 2003 CTRL + ` toggles View Formulas on/off same as Excel 2002.
If your formulas are not showing results but formulas only perhaps the cells
were formatted as text prior to entering the formulas.
Try selecting a cell with formula and re-formatting to General then(IMPORTANT)
hitting F2 then <ENTER>
Do you get the results now?
If so, do this for all the cells. If many cells, select them all then
Edit?Replace
What: =
With: =
Replace all.
