Convert Lotus ver 9 to Excel

I have some old Lotus 123 worksheets that I need to convert to Excel (Office
    2000 or newer).
Is there a conversion tool that will copy/convert the formulas (VLOOKUP,
etc.) as well as imbedded Scripts or Macros ?

Do you still have access to the 123 program, if so save the files as excel
files, if not you would need a converter

Thanks, Peo. I do have the old Lotus - so I'll try what you suggest (never
thought of that!) - I'll also check out your link. Will let you know how it
    goes ...
