Copying Text from Access to Excel - Data Lost

When I paste text from Access to Excel, not all of the data displays in
Excel. Is there a limit to the amount of characters or is there a formatting
    trick?

RE: Copying Text from Access to Excel - Data Lost

I'd play around with different ways to copy.. There's a strange, and
documented, behavior when copying from worksheet to worksheet... If you copy
the entire worksheet (click the square to the left of col A) and try to paste
it to another, any cell with more than 255 characters will be truncated. BUT
there is no such limit on the cells themselves. If you write a macro to
individually go to each cell you can copy the full text.

Again wierd. That might be similiar to what you are experiencing. I'd just
try different ways to copy the data. There is no implicit * limit to the
length of data you can have in a cell. (* it's based on machine resources)
