HOW DO I GET THE TAB KEY TO MOVE ONE SPACE INSTEAD OF A 10 OR SO

WHEN I HIT THE TAB KEY IT MOVE MORE THAN ONE SPACE - IT DID NOT DO THIS
BEFORE AND I DONT KNOW IF I HIT A SHORTCUT KEY AND CAUSED IT BUT I CANNOT GET
IT TO UNDO.
PLEASE HELP

You seem to have hit the caps key as well? Please use lower caps, it is
easier to read and caps are considered shouting!

Check to see if Transition navigation keys are checked under
tools>options>transition, if so uncheck it
Or check to see if you have protected cells
