Changing word case in Excel doc

I have an Excel doc in which some words appear in all caps; others all lower
case; and other done properly. How do I quickly change the case writing in
    the entire doc to proper?

RE: Changing word case in Excel doc

You can also save as a .CSV and then open it in MS Word. Use the "Change
Case" format option to change to title case (or whatever case you choose.)
Save the file again, and then re-import into Excel.
