importing from 1 spreadsheet to my master list

I hope I can explain what I want to achieve.

At the momet I have a spreadsheet which I use to work out my sell price for the items I sell.

This also contains the stock levels for each product.

I get a spreadsheet supplied by the various suppliers which contains information like product code, description, weight and buy price and sell price.

At the moment I have to manually amend the prices as and when changed happen.

With my inventory increasing this is becoming less practical.

I am sure there is a way to automatically import the new pricing based on the product code.

I know its simple to be able to link the 2 spreadsheets but I do not stock the suppliers entire range.

A supplier my list 2500 product but I may only sell 150 from their range.

I hope somebody can assist me.
