    Convert Hrs:Min to Decimal Hrs

I need to convert eg. 145:45 to decimal Hrs. (145.75) the Hrs. in the cells
are captured from another system that I have no control over.

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks Anne,
But the hours part is already correct it's the colon and minutes that are
    the problem.

When you use Anne's solution you must format the cell as a number with 2
decimal places. Try it, it works.
