That just for a view. If you want to show the gridlines, then select all the
cells, or the part you want to print, click on Format > Cells > Border,
click on boxes for outline and inside

Choose File>Page Setup
Select the Sheet tab
Add a check mark to Gridlines
Remove the check mark from 'Draft quality'
Click OK

Also, you may want to look at:
Tools > Options > View Tab. Enusre Gridlines is checked and possibly the
color is not set to white or some other color...
