Excel Sorting by Pattern?

Is it possible to sort a spreadsheet by Rows with Patterns?

Please explain what you mean by "patterns".

You mean that you want pattern colours sorted together, you can use a UDF to
and a help column to get the colorindex and then sort by that or a macro
