why do my deleted emails keep coming back

could you please tell me why my deleted emails keep coming back every time i
hit the send/recieve button. what can i do to fix this?

You should probably try to find a newsgroup for mail programs, what has that
to do with excel? Tip. Make sure your email program deletes the emails from
your mail server
