    Changing active selection cursor

Is there a way for me to change the color or size of the active selection
cursor? A coworker is having a problem with losing the location of the
selected box on large spreadsheets and I am interested in finding a way to
make it stand out more on the page. Anything would help... color, size, or
maybe setting the selected box to blink... not sure what can be done. Thanks

from there you can also download rowliner which might be better for this
    situation

Ok... Now I have a second part to my question. The script you linked me to
is exactly what I am looking for but there is one problem. I can't figure
out how to set that script to work for all workbooks. I have created the
    'personal.xls' file in the 'Program files\Microsoft Office\Office\Xlstart'
dir. I tried adding the code in the 'ThisWorkbook' page, I also tried
creating a new module to run it... Little lost here. What steps am I missing
to get this to run for all workbooks?

    Thanks.
