unnaming ranges

How do I un-name a range of cells or delete the range names?
I am using the range name to import the table into Adobe InDesign.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the main toolbar select Insert-->Name-->Define.
The Define Name window opens.
Select the name of the range you want to selete and click Delete.

thanks Oceangirl. That did the trick. I now have to figure out why it has kicked
all the text on the lat row of the table to the left. Pasting the numeric range
works fine but pasting the named range gives me some alignment problems.
