Max recommended users on shared workbooks

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone knew if there is a maximum recommended number of
users for shared workbooks, as we are experiencing some funnies with our
excel spreadsheets at the moment and I am trying to eliminate any and all
possibilities.

*my* answer to that question would be none, as I have never found excel to
share very well at all, *Microsoft's* answer in help, under Excel
Specifications is 256
