Usually when I navigate around the cells of a workbook I use the arrow keys for efficiency over the mouse. But for some reason the arrow keys no longer moves the "activated" cell. They just seem to operate the scroll of the window. Did I accidentally hit some sort of toggle? Can anyone tell me how to get it back the way it should be?
Most likely, your Scroll Lock is turned on. Check that first. Repost if it is not the issue.
